At LOPA, we want you to have fun, but we also need you to observe the following rules :

• LOPA has supervisors monitoring the play zones to ensure the safety of our visitors. However, there are always risks inherent in children playing together. As such, children remain the responsibility of their parents/ caretakers must be supervised closely by them. LOPA cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur due to carelessness or negligence on the part of the visitors.
• Children can use the facility only when accompanied by a responsible adult (above 18yrs).
• One adult can accompany one kid, there will be an extra charge for each additional adult.
• Identification may be required as proof of age/ family status.
• Please remember to always ask for a receipt upon payment of your ticket.
• Children below the age of 3 years are not allowed to access the play zone.
• Please help us to keep the play zone clean and safe.
• Socks are COMPULSORY for children and adults in the play zone. Wearing shoes and barefoot is strictly PROHIBITED in the play area.
• Socks are available for purchase at the reception desk.
• Shoes should be neatly placed on the shoe rack.
• Any Sharp objects like pens, buckles, jewelry, coin, etc. should be removed before entering the play zone.
• To minimize any risk of personal injury, children are encouraged to wear trousers or leggings.
• No climbing on the sides or exterior parts of the equipment.
• Strictly no food or drinks allowed in the play area.
• Children may be asked to leave the play zone if they are found misbehaving, bullying others or not obeying the rules.
• Children who are unwell are advised not to enter the play zone.
• Only food and drink purchased at LOPA café can be consumed in the premises.
• Smoking and chewing gum in the premises are strictly prohibited.
• LOPA reserves the rights to deny access or remove anyone from the premises, especially in the events of aggressive/violent behavior to other guest or to the staff. Any damages caused through bad behavior and misuse will be charged to the guest/ member.
• Management bears no responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
• Members must show the LOPA membership card upon entry. Entry may be denied without card. Membership cards are strictly non-transferable.
• This property is under CCTV surveillance.
• Pregnant women, kids with cast and person under the influence of drug and alcohol strictly not allowed in play zone.
• LOPA works on no refund policy.
• We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to your booking/session to allow time to check-in (especially during weekends/holidays).
• Booking Slots are subject to availability, house waiting rules apply.
• LOPA does not guarantee the usage of all activities on certain busy days & in case of any activities are closed due to maintenance/special events.
• In case of busy days, waiting rules apply in the play area.
• We request your cooperation to ensure all kids enjoy an awesome experience at LOPA.
• All tickets remain the property of LOPA and cannot be refunded, transferred or resold. They are valid only for the date shown and are void if tampered with.
• By purchasing a ticket for or by using any of the facilities at any LOPA venue, kids parents- guardians-care taker-relatives agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
